I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime. Perkins is definitely in the top 2-3 dealerships I have ever worked with. The process was extremely pleasant and not tense or harsh. Your salesman, Jose, was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. It was easy working with him. As we closed in on the sale, he bent over backwards to ensure the process remained easy-going and pleasant. Now, here is the kicker.... Jose and Perkins' customer service, if anything, got even better AFTER I said "yes" to the purchase. They found extra savings...AFTER...I said yes. They found a better rate...AFTER...I said yes. And they incorporated all into the final sale. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about their internet representative, Kayla Martini, management, Mike Deck, or finance. Patti was awesome to work with. We worked out a deal for my trade and picked up the truck 3 days later. They installed a fifth wheel hitch as well. If you're in the market for a RAM, be sure to see Patti. The finance process was easy as well. They use a touch large touchpad signing system to reduce the mountain of paperwork. everything is on a flash drive when you're done. 5 Star experience.!!

Bought a new 2020 grand Cherokee. Transmission went out at 15k miles. They made me pay for a rental because they didn’t have any. The Chrysler Customer service was terrible. I said “thank you for making my decision to buy a 4Runner next time” and the customer service guy said “you’re welcome. Any more questions?” Excellent service, right? AC and fan went out after 5 hours into an 18 hour road trip in 90 degree heat with my dog in the car at 25k miles. Dealership wouldn’t do anything. The sales manager told me all they do is facilitate the paperwork and sell the car. So the sales manager basically admitted I am just a number. They got the sale and I got an unreliable car and they won’t do anything about it

I purchased a vehicle and got excellent service from Audrey! She was always willing to help me even on her days off which I didn’t expect. She worked her butt to get me my car. Kelly in finance was just lovely and super sweet! I had some issues with my vehicle which wasn’t the dealers fault and brought it to service and got amazing service there as well. Julian listened to my concerns and sympathized with me as did many other staff members. They gave me loaners and all asked how things were when I came back to get my car. I can go on and on about the great attributes of this dealership but you should really go see for yourself!!!

Perkins Motors has absolutely the worse customer service...
Perkins Motors has absolutely the worse customer service I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of buying cars. I will never do business with the business again, would absolutely drive two hours away than deal with this dealership. We ordered a 2021 Jeep Rubicon, even added extras the dealer had to offer with ceramic coating etc… spending over $70k and the dealership never once called to let us know any information about the statuses of work, progress or issues. First issues we ran into was when the Jeep was delivered, the incorrect tires were on it. Dealership said they would make it right, eventually they did but it took over three weeks to get a set of tires in that I could of had in two days from any local shop(I called) but we waited patiently. We were told it would take less than a week to get them in. When we would call to check the status of the tires, we would be told whomever would answer the phone would check and have someone call back. We never once received a call back. We had to call every couple days during this three to four week process. Second issues we had was that once we dropped the Jeep off to have the tires installed, ceramic coating and tint completed we were told three days, of course it took longer. Even when we called to see if it was complete they said “yes, it will be wrapped up in 30 mins”. We showed up an hour later, only to sit there for another hour waiting on the tires after we told it would have been completed 30 minutes before we showed up. Lastly, when we purchased the Jeep, we told the dealership that we wanted to register the Jeep in z Michigan. They said no problem (this is the first car out of four cars that I have bought in CO and registered in MI that the dealership did not do the paperwork correct) and now I’m getting charged $1400 to register the car instead of the $150-300 tops I should have to pay. The dealership said “oops sorry nothing we can help you with” so I asked to talk to the finance manager. Whom I’m told is Aaron, so I called Aaron. He told me he would talk to the owner after I told him of all my issues. He said he would call me the week after Christmas with a follow up since they are a Christian Organization and he felt bad. As of today 16 JAN 2022, I have yet to receive a call back. Despite the fact that I have called and left a message at least weekly about the situation. Perkins Motors is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with in my life and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself some frustration and drive a little bit further for better customer service.
