Pick Up and Delivery Process
We are currently offering complimentary pickup and delivery services for your vehicle to protect our community and customers. Don’t let COVID-19 get in the way of regular service and maintenance in Perkins Motors.
Contact your service advisor or give our service center a call for more details and availability.
Come in like normal but with Social Distancing.
Drop your vehicle off and use night drop form so you don’t have to interact with staff. We will then communicate with you via phone, text or email, including video chat. Pick up the vehicle when complete with contactless delivery or we deliver the car to you.
We pick up vehicles from you without having direct interaction. Virtual walk around as we pick up car and document concerns. We deliver the vehicle back to you when complete.
1. Schedule Service
You contact us informing us your vehicle needs maintenance or repairs and schedule pick up.
2. Vehicle Pick Up
We go and pick up your vehicle and bring it back to our certified service center.
3. Service Performed
We’ll complete the necessary work on your vehicle.
We will video the diagnostic and repair to provide you prior to work being done.
We drop your vehicle off with maintenance performed or repairs made and ready to get you back on the road.
